, we have been privileged to hear many of our customer’s wonderful stories about their time "At The Lake". There have been stories that made us laugh, and those that made us cry. Stories that reminded us that being "At The Lake" is not just about being at a place, but about being CHANGED, by a state of mind. This game was Sue’s idea. So many of you have touched her heart, she came out of the shower one day and said to me, "I was thinking…"
Oh boy!
No, seriously, she had a GREAT IDEA! "Why don’t "we"," she said, usually meaning me, (Mitch) "create a board game that helps families share all their memories and stories from all their years "At The Lake"?" To give credit where it is due, she then created it!
I did have one good idea, I think, but that was pretty much a given for a wooden lake maker. Hey, shouldn’t a board game be made with REAL BOARDS? I thought so too.
